We saw amazing sunsets. The pool is very well designed and maintained - suitable for children and adults alike. There are many great restaurants in the local area, and we ate very well! Popular destinations are short walks away, so there is lots to do - if you can drag yourself away from the pool and sunbeds.

Fried: To taste this sausage and get maximum flavour , we recommend frying it; Slice the sausage with small cuts on both sides. Preheat the pan with olive oil.
Fry off thoroughly so that the skin gets tender and easy to chew. If the sausage is not well fried off, the skin goes very hard. If the small side-cuts are not made, it may burst open into unpleasant eating portions.
When the skin is fried, lower down the heat to cook thoroughly inside. Eat hot with a tasty sauce.
