Приехали,заселили в малюсенький,но чистый номер. С балкончиком. Это устроило. НО еда ,эта ужас а не еда,2 вида горячего, что -то типо супа, и огромная очередь за этим. Все овощи кислые,воняют,хлеб черствый,стаканы грязные,жучки ползуют,еда выляется на полу,окурки там же. Везде грязь, столы грязные на них сидит кошка, приборов никогда не хватает,салфетки,окурки.
Стаканы грязные,тарелки тоже. Все засрано! Приехали ,в коридоре стоял стакан и пачка печенья на полу,ее за 6 дней не убрали. Все полы грязные,полотенца тоже.
Когда принимаешь душ, все льётся на пол. Вонища сырости и канализации. Купила в ТРЦ в Алании вино в подарок гранатовое. Свое ни пиво ни вино проносить нельзя,у нас шмонали пакеты и отобрали гранатовое вино,сказали по выезду отдадут. Обыскивать наши пакеты при входе в отель,очень мило!
Напомнили 5 раз,после этого только отдали. До пляжа 15 минут ходьбы,но это не напрягало особо. Ходили на пляж,платили за лежаки и зонтики 5 долларов,потому что на свой пляж они возят на старом автобусе,так еще и привозят к вечеру. Полотенец на пляже и у бассейна нет. В номерах нет ни чайника ни воды как заявлено. В бассейне не плавали,он весь в грязи. Но некоторые дети не вылезали с этой грязищи, не понятно как родители позволяют. Не рекомендую никому. И никогда. Ужасный отель.
