It never worked properly. When we were leaving we were never asked did we enjoy our stay etc The food was not great there Could be more variety for children. The location was good - very close to beach. Breakfast was also enjoyable. TV did not have a remote control and was too small Staff at reception was not friendly and did not offer any information, only answered shortly.

Cтарый отель,уже давно требующий ремонта! Кровати и подушки очень неудобные! Номер не убирали , только меняли полотенца и выбрасывали мусор спасибо за то, что делали это каждый день Завтрак хороший, но неопрятный вид столовой и состояние посуды не вызывали желания питаться там.
Интернета нет, телевидение и сейф в номере за деньги. По ночам шумно,но терпимо просыпались от шума всего несколько раз за ночь.

The animation team was not very good. There was a lot of food but of quite low quality. In general, its better to pay just the room and eat outside of the hotel. Our room faced the street, at the 6th floor, but we were waken up in the night severel times by the people shouting in the street. The window was closed! The room was right near the elevators and we could also hear the party-people coming home singing at 1,2,3,4 a.
If you get a room facing the pool and closer to the end of the hallway, it could be quiter. The breakfast repeated in the three mornings that we ate there.
Yogurt was missing. Coffee was awful. More pastries would have been nice. Very bad choice. Very old hotel. Never go there. After reading some bad reviews, I cant understand why people found the royal beach poor value. There is only one thing that was not so good and that was the entertainment, this was a bit like hi de hi. The roof top terrace on floor 7 is an excellent area with two small jacuzzi tubs and a shallow pool, there is a bar and lots of sunbeds although not really suitable for children.
Rooms are clean and beds quite comfy. The walls are very thin so noise was an issue not really family friendly. All inclusive residents are given a card to obtain a glass plastic which must go back to the bar every time and extra payment if lost, however the long queues in the evening meant most of the night is spent waiting to be served instead of enjoying the entertainment.
